What you’ll be doing

As the Director, IT Program Management, you‘ll be joining CIBC’s Cybersecurity, Third Party & Resilience (CTPR) Portfolio & Project Management Office (P&PMO) team to manage delivery of a portfolio of innovative projects. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 5 to 10 Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you’ll succeed

Strategic development and execution - Manage the day to day activities of highly complicated project(s), in an inter-related strategic program following Technology’s project performance standards. Perform high tactical business planning and return on investment outcomes. Initiate, plan, execute, control and close out the program or project with an emphasis on project inter-dependency management.
