The Role

As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you'll play a pivotal role in delivering personalized care to residents at our Residential Care Home. You’ll work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and collaborate with a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of health professionals, ensuring each resident receives the highest quality of care and support. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while working in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
