Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Kakori is designed for a diploma-level chemical engineering professional who will support day-to-day plant and process operations. Responsibilities include monitoring chemical processes, collecting and interpreting data, assisting in troubleshooting issues, and supporting the implementation of process improvements. The role involves preparing basic technical reports, maintaining records of operating parameters, and coordinating with senior engineers and production staff to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. The candidate will also help in adhering to environmental, health, and safety guidelines and participate in regular inspections and audits.

• Chemical Engineering and Process Engineering skills to support plant operations and process optimization.
• Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and assist in resolving process-related issues.
• Communication and Presentation Skills to share findings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document work clearly.
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
• Basic understanding of industrial safety standards, chemical handling procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work on-site in Kakori, follow standard operating procedures, and adapt to shift-based work if required.
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and, preferably, exposure to process monitoring or reporting software.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
