Doncaster Gardens Preschool is seeking an enthusiastic **Early Childhood Educator (Cert III/Diploma)** to support the delivery of high-quality early learning experiences across our 4-year-old program. **Responsibilities** * Support the teaching team to deliver play-based, inclusive learning programs * Foster warm, supportive relationships with children and families * Participate in planning, documentation and reflective practice * Ensure compliance with Child Safe Standards and the National Quality Framework * Maintain safe and engaging indoor and outdoor environments
**Required Qualifications & Experience** * Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care * WWCC & police check * Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children. * A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development
