What’s a Digitisation Assistant?
Digitisation Assistants are integral to TIMG's success in being able to deliver agreed project objectives to our customers. Based in Aspley, our team are part of a national Digitisation who work together on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and state-wide clients.
You will:
Ensure correct use of TIMG internal systems are always maintained in accordance with instructions
Prepare documents for scanning
Use Microsoft Office to enter data
Pick and pack as required related to digitisation tasks
Perform high speed scanning of records
Manage post-processing of scanned images
Perform quality assurance
About you
While previous experience would be a plus, it's ultimately your attitude that's most important to us. We can teach you everything else.

Due to the sensitive nature of our business, you will need to undertake a police check as part of our recruitment process.
