About the Role

As Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will be responsible for driving the Council's Digital Strategy, ensuring digital services align with organisational priorities and community needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for the Information Management and Technology function.
Drive the Council's Digital Strategy, ensuring digital services align with organisational priorities and community needs.
Lead and inspire the team, coaching and developing staff, fostering partnerships across the Council, addressing challenges, and implementing best practices in data security and technology implementation.
Experience in strategic business planning and resource management, including demonstrated ability to understand and monitor the true cost of services.
Ensure IT governance, compliance, and risk management framewor
