Job Description
The Digital Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying new digital opportunities, and developing strategies to optimize online presence and user experience. The Digital Strategy Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, sales, and IT to ensure that digital strategies are integrated with overall business objectives and are executed effectively. The Digital Strategy Manager will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of digital strategies and making recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth
• Analyze market trends and identify new digital opportunities
• Develop strategies to optimize online presence and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital strategies are integrated with overall business objectives
• Manage digital marketing campaigns and programs, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital strategies and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop and manage budgets and timelines for digital initiatives
• Stay current with digital trends and technologies and make recommendations for adoption
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing

Requirements
• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and strategy, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and software
• Understanding of UX/UI and web design principles
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
• Experience in budget management and forecasting
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
