Description and Requirements Work Location: Noida Work Shift (IST): 5 PM-2 AM/ 6PM -3 AM/ 8 PM - 5 AM Experience Level : Freshers to 6 months of experience Required Skills: 0-6 months of experience in IT/ Network infrastructure and Monitoring of the services and WAN Network management expertise. Experience of IT Infrastructure/ Network Monitoring, Enterprise level NMS /Helpdesk Management tools / L1 (Network) CCNA Trained (preferred) Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ERGP) Should possess excellent verbal and written skills, and strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Ready to work in 247 project. Responsibilities: Real time Monitoring of Network alarms for T1. Circuit Testing - OFF net and ON Net for Copper T1 lines. T1 support /Help desk support on networking devices to TELUS Enterprise customers. Device testing of L2 devices of Voice customers. . Responds to calls, and assigned tickets / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure. Work as Tester on new and upgrade on CWDM implementation for enterprise customers.
