Digital Signature / DocuSign Engineer – L3

Contract

Delhi/Hyderabad

Must have:

• Advanced DocuSign administration: account settings, permission profiles, groups, brands, templates and envelope workflows

• Digital Signature platform management and operational governance

• Capacity planning and forecasting for envelopes, licences and service demand

• Advanced incident, problem, change and RCA management

• Troubleshooting M365 and downstream application integration issues

• Operational reporting, dashboards and audit evidence management

• Vendor escalation ownership and stakeholder management

Good to have:

• DocuSign Connect/API, OAuth, webhooks or integration diagnostics exposure

• Compliance, audit and retention management experience

• Power BI, PowerShell or automation skills for reporting/controls

• Experience supporting regulated/GxP-aware business processes

• Understanding of GDPR and enterprise records-management controls
