Job Description
You will lead the link-building strategy and digital outreach efforts to drive authority and SEO growth.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire links from high-authority, industry-relevant sites.
• Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage and backlinks.
• Analyze competitor link profiles to identify gaps and high-value acquisition opportunities.
• Manage and mentor junior link builders on outreach techniques and link quality assessments.
• Collaborate with content teams to produce link-worthy assets and align with broader marketing initiatives.
• Track KPIs including link quantity, quality (DA 40+), outreach success rates, and referral traffic.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in link building, outreach, or Digital PR.
• Proven track record of securing high-authority backlinks from top-tier publications and industry sites.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles and backlink profile health.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for media outreach.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and link-building development.
• Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
• Experience managing or mentoring junior teammembers.
• Strong project management skills for handling multiple simultaneous outreach campaigns.
• Ability to adapt to evolving search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
