About You
You are a curious, analytical and proactive digital marketer who enjoys turning data into actionable insights. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn and grow your digital performance expertise.
To be successful, you'll bring:
A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
Around 1+ years' experience in a digital marketing or digital media role
An understanding of digital performance metrics
Experience with Meta, Google Ads and Google Analytics is advantageous
Strong analytical and reporting skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partnerships
Strong understanding of brand, with the ability to champion and uphold guidelines consistently across digital channels
A passion for learning, innovation and delivering data-driven insights that drive results across each individual and unique brand
About The Role
Based in our Adelaide CBD office and reporting to the Digital Performance Manager, the Digital Performance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the performance of Journey Beyond's diverse portfolio of tourism brands.
Working within the Group Marketing & Communications team, you'll assist in planning, implementing and optimising paid social, paid search and digital campaigns while contributing to broader digital marketing initiatives across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer looking to develop their skills across the suite of Journey Beyond brands, campaigns and channels in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assist in developing engaging content for digital performance channels
Contribute to briefing and building digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display Programmatic and other relevant performance platforms
Support the development of an integrated customer lifecycle journey across all digital performance channels
Assist with targeting, bidding, budgeting, and creative testing to maximise digital performance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on ad copy, visuals, and landing page design to improve engagement and conversion
Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads, Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting.
Provide weekly and monthly reporting with insights, trends
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven recommendations
Website & project support when required, to support the wider Digital & UX team
