Roles and Responsibilities
About the Role -
Understanding Digital Payments Business requirements & providing efficient solution
Coordinating with IT team to deliver technical projects
Testing the solutions
Project Management
Stakeholder Management
Vendor Management
Knowledge -
Excellent Product/ Business understanding of UPI Issuing & Acquiring domain (P2P, P2M,
TPAP/Merchant Integrations)
Digital initiatives in Payments industry
Good understating of APIs, NPCI certification processes
Experience in designing Payments user journeys
Knowledge on Reconciliation & Settlement Process
Experience in managing Digital Payments product like UPI, IMPS, Net-banking, E-Commerce etc.
Key Responsibility -
As part of Payments BSG, one needs to be proficient in Digital Payments like UPI, IMPS,
Netbanking, E-commerce etc.
Understanding & breaking down Payments Business requirements into efficient solutions
Preparing Business Requirement Document for IT Team and coordinating with IT team to deliver
technical project
Project Management & keeping close track of project milestones & providing timely updates to all
relevant stakeholders
Conducting UAT to ensure project requirements have been met
Providing support to Business and IT team for Go-live
Coordinating with system & partner vendors
