ONE PERCENT PROGRAM
Digital Media & Content Manager Darwin, NT Full-Time Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Superannuation (commensurate with skills and experience)
About One Percent Program: One Percent Program is seeking a creative, motivated and driven Digital Media & Content Manager to take ownership of our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, videography, social media, storytelling and digital marketing who wants to help grow a purpose-driven organisation and make a real impact.
The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for creating, managing and growing our digital content across multiple platforms. Working closely with leadership, you will produce engaging content that promotes our organisation, programs, events and community initiatives while strengthening our brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, film and edit high-quality video content, including promotional videos, vlogs, interviews and event coverage.
- Capture professional photography and videography content.
- Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn channels.
- Develop content calendars and schedule posts across platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, analytics and performance.
- Update website content, images, blogs and digital media assets.
- Assist with merchandise promotion and online store content.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
- Maintain organised content libraries and digital assets.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience creating and managing social media content.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
- Photography and videography experience.
- Understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Wix or other website management platforms is desirable.
