Job Summary
Dice Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer / Teacher to deliver high-quality training sessions and mentor students in various aspects of digital marketing. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, practical experience, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of different backgrounds.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Teaching
Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on Digital Marketing concepts.
Train students on SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce Marketing, and Web Analytics.
Conduct hands-on practical sessions, live projects, assignments, and case studies.
Develop and update course content according to current industry trends.
Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, projects, and evaluations.
Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.
Curriculum Development
Design and enhance training materials, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.
Update curriculum regularly to include emerging digital marketing tools and AI-driven marketing techniques.
Create real-world project-based learning experiences.
Student Support & Placement Assistance
Support students in portfolio building and interview preparation.
Guide students in creating digital marketing strategies and campaign plans.
Assist the placement team by evaluating student readiness and industry skills.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing.
Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of major digital marketing platforms and tools.
