Job Description:
As a Social Media Marketing Fresher, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive conversions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage client's social media accounts and engage with the audience
• Create an end-to-end social media plan for the client
• Collaborate with the content and design team to get the plan executed
• Responsible for the growth of the client’s social media channels
• Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
• B.Tech/ BE/BSc + MBA in Marketing
• Certification/course in Digital Marketing
• Above 60 percentile in CAT is preferred
• Above 65% in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post Graduation
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Strong creative, problem-solving and analytical skills
• 0-1 year of Experience in Digital Marketing
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing platforms
• Goal-oriented and a believer in showing results
• Someone who can unlearn to relearn the Blacksof way
• A positive mindset and appetite for feedback
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Long-term association with the organization - 2 years of bond
• Other details:
• Job Location - Indore, MP (On-site)
• Timings - 0+:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
