Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Create and curate engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and make data- driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram.
• Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy and designing templates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and apply them to our strategies.
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to create marketing materials and campaigns.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
