About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented digital marketer with a strong focus on SEO, who can develop and manage performance-driven campaigns while leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and results. This role is perfect for someone passionate about organic search, content strategy, and data-backed decision-making, while also keen to expand their skills across paid media, CRM, and email marketing (EDMs).
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve visibility, drive traffic, and support broader digital marketing goals with an omnichannel approach. In addition, you’ll work with paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), CRM platforms, and automated email campaigns to create well-rounded marketing solutions. AI-powered tools play a key role in content creation, automation, and performance analysis, so an interest in AI-driven marketing beyond ChatGPT is a plus.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in SEO while gaining hands-on experience with other digital channels and AI-driven marketing innovations.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for end to end campaign creation, execution and reporting, including:
Developing and managing SEO strategies to improve search visibility, organic traffic, and on-page performance.
Creating and optimising content with a focus on SEO best practices, including keyword research, technical SEO, and on-site improvements.
Utilising AI-powered tools for content generation, automation, and performance analysis.
Collaborating with paid media specialists to support advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and remarketing campaigns.
Implementing and A/B testing CRM and EDM strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
Analysing and tracking digital marketing performance, providing insights to refine strategies.
Monitoring and optimising digital sales funnels to increase conversions and lower acquisition costs.
Working with Account Managers to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
Who would be a great fit
You’ll need a few years’ experience in digital marketing, and be wanting to take your career to the next level. You must have perfect grammar and clarity in copy writing, as well as:
A smart problem solver and ability to think on your feet
Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AdWords, SEM Rush, HotJar and Webmaster Tools
Great attention to detail
Amazing communication skills (written verbal)
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced industry working on 10+ accounts
