Key Responsibilities Social Content Development Campaign Support Create and schedule social media content for clients, including compelling copy and engaging visuals, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, and content marketing. Content Management Blog Posting Manage blog content for clients, including writing, editing, and posting articles to content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot). Ensure blog content follows SEO best practices and aligns with client brand guidelines. SEO Support Assist in implementing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies under the guidance of the SEO Specialist. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to support client objectives. Analytics Reporting Utilize tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and Moz to generate performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement under the guidance of the SEO Specialist. Provide light reporting and insights to support client campaigns and quarterly updates. Client Project Support Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers to manage day-to-day deliverables for client retainers and projects. Act as a trusted team member in maintaining client momentum by proactively addressing needs and meeting deadlines. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work alongside internal specialists, designers, and developers to deliver cohesive and effective client deliverables. Coordinate with external contributors, ensuring alignment with client strategies and branding. Qualifications Experience Required Experience 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, ideally in an agency environment. Proven ability to execute across digital marketing strategies, including social media content creation, SEO, and analytics. Technical Skills Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Basic knowledge of SEO tools like Moz, Google Search Console, and analytics platforms like GA4. Familiarity with WordPress for content posting and light updates. Experience with digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar CRM and email marketing tools. Soft Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for various client industries. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
