Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist – Google Ads Specialist is a part-time hybrid role based in Pickering, ON, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the specialist will plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads for Brock Immigration Services’ various programs and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting keyword research, managing campaign budgets, monitoring performance, and adjusting targeting and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
The specialist will collaborate with the team to align digital campaigns with business goals, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to refine marketing strategies. The role also involves coordinating online marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with relevant advertising policies.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Knowledge of Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
• Experience with Social Media Marketing to support integrated digital campaigns and audience engagement.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for collaboration and reporting.
• Ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and make data-informed decisions to improve ROI.
• Prior experience in professional services, immigration, legal, or related sectors is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
