Join RealNZ as our new Digital Marketing Specialist - Email & Direct and help us unlock the power of first-party communications across our iconic tourism and mountain experiences.
With over 1.4 million guests annually, this is a unique opportunity to engage, nurture, and convert through relevant, high-impact messaging. You'll lead the charge in building automated email programmes, supporting campaign teams, and driving performance across the guest journey.
In this role, you will design and deliver automated and campaign-linked email programmes aimed at driving guest engagement, bookings, upsell, and retention. You'll collaborate closely with campaign teams to execute segmented and tactical sends, while working with our CDP (Tealium) and external partners to activate audience segments and scale communications across channels. You'll champion best practices in CRM, audience targeting, messaging structure, testing, deliverability, and reporting. Additionally, you'll coach and support the wider marketing team by providing tools, templates, and training resources. Monitoring performance, reporting on key metrics, and continuously optimising through testing and innovation will be central to your success in this role.
