Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a digitally fluent, design-sensitive and commercially minded Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to own our brand’s online presence end-to-end. You will lead social media strategy and execution, support SEO and performance initiatives, drive influencer collaborations, and act as the custodian of Studio Sairish’s digital voice across pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy, Planning & Launch Phases
• Own the brand’s social media and digital marketing strategy, monthly calendar and channel mix (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and other relevant platforms).
• Design and execute content plans across three phases:
o Pre-launch: tease, BTS, “coming soon” narratives and waitlist-building campaigns.
o Launch: real-time, high-energy content and community response.
o Post-launch: value-led, educational and inspiration content that deepens brand love and drives repeat engagement.
Plan, brief, create and publish high-quality posts, stories, reels, short videos and long-form content that reflect Studio Sairish’s luxurious yet warm aesthetic.
• Develop strong copy: hooks, captions, story sequences, email subject lines and ad copy aligned with brand voice.
• Build and maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity across all digital touchpoints (social, website, email, WhatsApp, Blogs, etc. where relevant).
3. Community, Influencers & Customer Touchpoints
• Lead day-to-day community management: comments, DMs, queries on social platforms and basic WhatsApp/phone escalations, maintaining a consistent, premium brand tone.
• Identify, evaluate and coordinate with interior designers, décor influencers, stylists and content creators for collaborations and campaigns.
• Implement UGC and referral/advocacy initiatives that build social proof and deepen community engagement.
