Full job description
Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to interested students via phone, WhatsApp, email, or video calls to explain course offerings and assist with onboarding.
Act as the first point of contact for student queries, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and run campaigns targeting student communities (colleges, coaching centers, etc.).
Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Generate leads via online channels and follow up to convert them into active learners.
Collect and analyze feedback from students to improve communication and conversion strategy.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Requirements:

Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).
Comfortable speaking with students over phone or video calls and resolving doubts.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Google Workspace.
Energetic, empathetic, and motivated to work in a fast-paced startup culture.
