We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing data-driven digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads for residential and/or commercial properties. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. This role requires a strong focus on performance marketing, campaign optimization, and lead funnel conversion strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, etc.) Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media platforms Create engaging content for blogs, articles, email newsletters, and social media posts Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing marketing materials Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets Performance Marketing: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube Optimize campaigns for key KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPA Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experimentation to improve ad performance Monitor daily performance metrics, budgets, and pacing across all campaigns Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages Requirements: 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in performance marketing. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools Proficient in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and graphic tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
