Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Digital Account/Marketing Manager to oversee and grow client relationships while delivering innovative digital marketing solutions. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their digital strategies are executed efficiently and effectively to meet performance goals. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between the agency and assigned clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing. Monitor and report on campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms. Analyze data and deliver actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and achieve KPIs. Collaborate with internal creative, media, and development teams to ensure timely and quality execution of campaigns. Prepare and present performance reports, campaign strategies, and updates to clients. Stay current on digital trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to client strategies. Assist in developing proposals and participating in client pitch presentations when needed. Manage budgets and ensure campaigns remain cost-effective and on track. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or account management. Proven experience managing digital campaigns and client relationships. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, etc.). Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Agency experience is a strong plus. Google Ads and/or Meta certifications. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
