Digital Marketing Lead

12 month contract - to 55k. Plus car allowance, bonus and benefits.

Hybrid. 2 days a week with the team in the Chester office.

This is a corporation with a with a US turnover of 22 billion and a European turnover of + billion.

However, this is no legacy business, nor corporate culture environment. The marketing team is more marketing agency culture, but client-side – best of both worlds.

This company is enterprise, modern business environment, with product areas in next generation SaaS digital platforms to green tech, and much more. 14 business areas in the company operating throughout Europe.

If you’re looking for the client-side move but a marketing agency culture, this Digital Marketing Lead role is the advantages and brilliance of both.

Ideally looking B2B, SaaS digital platform, B2B retail or Fintech marketing experience.

Digital Marketing Lead role:

The Digital Marketing Lead leads marketing communication strategies for a key business area, working with an internal digital agency team - a design, copy, content, video and multi-channel digital marketing team.

The role strategically manages the marketing budget and ensuring optimal ROI.

You will develop marketing decisions aligned to business goals with data by conducting thorough market research and analysis and use of insights to shape marketing strategies and campaigns.

Ideally while infusing a spark of creativity to elevate the brands.

They are looking for experience working with Senior Stakeholders across the business and in this case across Europe.

The role is also for someone who still likes an element of hands on with the execution of digitally integrated marketing campaigns and projects.

The main reason the European Marketing Director this role works with, stayed and worked through to their Lead role, she says is the people. It’s fun, varied with opportunity, not really for someone used to long processes and procedures to evolve and implement strategy.

They are looking for digital marketing team leadership, brand and digital integrated marketing strategy leadership and project management.

And strong B2B digital marketing knowledge turning data into lead generation in partnership with product and sales enablement teams. EMEA experience also desirable.
