Ramdhanu Fashion Private Limited is a Kolkata-based company in the fashion industry. The company is operative under the brand name Ramdhanu Ethnic having two fashion outlets in Kolkata at Jodhpur Park and Salt Lake. The company is growing in the digital platform in multiple social channels and through its own website www.ramdhanu.in.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, an expert in PPC
2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all channels
3. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
7. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
8. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
+. Evaluate emerging technologies
10. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Skills and requirements:
1. UG/PG degree in marketing or a related field
2. Proven working experience in digital marketing, 2-4 years of experience
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
7. Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
8. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns
+. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
10. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Kolkata
