Job description
Company Description XLNC Exotic Group Inc is a diversified business group focused on creating profitable, premium experiences across real estate, hospitality, legal compliance, and mobility services. The company renovates and sells upgraded residential properties in San Diego, and manages 16–17 short-term rentals listed on major platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Bonvoy Marriott, and Vrbo. XLNC Exotic oversees end-to-end vacation rental operations, including guest experience, maintenance, pricing, and occupancy management. An in-house legal team ensures all property-related contracts, documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance are handled efficiently, while XLNC Cars provides well-maintained vehicles for short- and long-term rental services in San Diego.

Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalandhar, responsible for leading and executing digital marketing initiatives across XLNC Exotic’s real estate, hospitality, legal compliance, and mobility services. The person in this role will plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and bookings. Day-to-day tasks include developing digital strategies, managing campaign performance, optimizing websites and landing pages, coordinating with design and content teams, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will analyze data and metrics to report on ROI, identify growth opportunities, and refine campaigns, while collaborating closely with operations, sales, and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals. This role also involves overseeing digital marketing budgets, managing external vendors or agencies when required, and staying current with industry trends and tools.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong digital strategy and campaign management skills, including experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
• Candidates should possess skills in content and brand management, including developing messaging, supervising copy and creatives, and maintaining consistent brand identity across channels.
• Candidates should possess data and analytics skills, including proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and basic reporting to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Candidates should possess marketing operations skills, including marketing automation, email marketing, CRM familiarity, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support sales and operations.
• Candidates should have approximately 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably in multi-vertical or service-oriented businesses such as real estate, hospitality, or rentals.
• Candidates should have strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring or leading small marketing teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an advantage.
