Erekrut is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to attain and exceed KPIs in the area of brand awareness, unified user experience, marketing automation, lead generation and progressive profiling. This position will be reporting to Sr Management and you will be leading a team of Digital Marketers and help in fast talent acquisition across the country.ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the team and providing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and solutions.Drive online marketing initiatives to deliver targeted KPI's through paid advertising, search optimization, content marketing, paid advertising, affiliate program. Also drive viral marketing campaigns on social media web sites.Collaborate with team to create unique, revenue-generating advertising.Maintain all research documents for the department, including online, mobile web and app analytics.Significantly reduce expenses by utilizing innovative digital solutions to streamline operations.Niche keyword research of various topics.Develop and implement internet marketing and SEO strategies including keyword research, link building, content marketing, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns.Integrate new and existing content (text/photo/video/audio) across various online and offline communications platforms such as email promotions, newsletters, press releases, direct mailers, articles, profiles, summaries, signs, brochures, award submissions, proposals.Mentor team to help them achieve individual &group objectivesPreferred Skills · Copywriting / Content / Designing· Search Engine Optimization· Social Media Marketing· Marketing Automation and Technology· Audience Building· Project Management· Data Analysis· Conversion Rate OptimizationQualifications· Engineering with Digital Marketing Certifications from premier institutes.· 5+ years of relevant experience in a digital marketing company with proven track record.· Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPackage· 6 - 8 LPA (CTC) May vary as per relevancy of experience and qualification
