Job Overview: At Previsible, we're dedicated to helping businesses build a strong foundation in SEO. As an Organic Search Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for leading SEO initiatives with our clients, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with their development, content, and marketing teams to implement site updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify site opportunities and potential limitations impacting organic search performance
• Prioritize and execute SEO initiatives, working hand-in-hand with companies to implement
• Analyze ranking and crawl data to identify SEO opportunities, risks, and ongoing site improvements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product, engineering, marketing, and content partners
• Provide content recommendations and identify new content topics
• Keyword and competitor analysis
• Stay up-to-date with current SEO trends
• SEO performance reporting and monitoring
• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies that align with client goals and business objectives
• Lead and mentor SEO Analysts, ensuring effective execution of SEO tasks, professional growth, and alignment with overarching SEO strategies and client objectives
• Innovate beyond the standard playbook and find innovative ways to drive value for clients beyond SEO (CRO, UX, Analytics)
Requirements: A bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred, ~5+ years of experience in SEO, strong ability to identify content opportunities and develop content strategies, technical SEO experience, including internal linking optimization, schema markup, CWV, and indexation health, experience in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, rank tracking tools (like SEMrush), crawlers (like Screamingfrog), and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
