Role Description This is a full-time, non-paid Digital Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru, offered in a hybrid model that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support day-to-day digital marketing activities, including assisting with social media campaigns, drafting posts, and scheduling content across platforms. Responsibilities include helping execute online marketing campaigns, coordinating basic email or content initiatives, and monitoring performance using web analytics tools. The role will also involve conducting market and competitor research, preparing simple reports, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement. The intern will collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams, gaining hands-on experience with real projects in a fast-paced tech environment.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and interest in current industry trends.
• Familiarity with Social Media Marketing, including content posting, basic community engagement, and platform best practices.
• Ability to work with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track and interpret basic campaign metrics.
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content creation, or design tools (e.g., Canva) is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with guidance and feedback.
