About the internship:
We're ViralChilly, a Jaipur-based digital marketing agency helping brands across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia grow through SEO, PPC, and Web Development. We're a young, ambitious team that believes in execution over excuses, clarity over chaos, and good coffee over long meetings.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research niche-specific websites, publications, communities, and directories for outreach and collaboration opportunities.
2. Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify high-potential SEO outreach opportunities.
3. Research industry trends and identify websites suitable for partnerships, collaborations, and brand mentions.
4. Build and maintain professional communication with website owners, bloggers, editors, and publishers.
5. Draft personalized outreach emails and communication for different campaigns and target audiences.
6. Support SEO outreach, collaboration, digital partnership, and brand mention campaigns.
7. Coordinate with the SEO and Content teams to align outreach activities with campaign goals.
8. Organize outreach workflows, communication timelines, and progress tracking systems.
9. Maintain outreach databases, communication records, and campaign documentation accurately.
10. Track outreach performance, response rates, and successful placements.
11. Prepare reports and share insights to improve outreach effectiveness and campaign performance.
12. Suggest creative ideas to improve communication quality and outreach response rates.
13. Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
14. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, outreach strategies, and digital marketing developments.

4. Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
5. Working Days: Monday to Friday

7. Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation will be provided.
