Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team with flex working. This internship offers you mentorship by expert leaders and excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing field. We work with students to not only fulfill on this role to support you in getting hired for full-time work. We have been in business for 35 years and mentored for 15. This is not an ordinary internship, we cultivate work structures and habits with you.
The ideal candidate will assist in various marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and conversion optimization strategies. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns.
Duties
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms with leaders
Create engaging content for social media, and website updates.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Support social media management by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
Collaborate with team members on conversion optimization efforts to enhance user experience and drive sales.
Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn about various aspects of the field.
Familiarity with content creation and copywriting techniques. with integration of AI technolgies
Experience or coursework in marketing principles is a plus.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
Excellent research skills for competitor profiles with the ability to analyze data effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
We meet three times a week, Monday, Wednesdy and Friday on zoom. All remote.
