Job Description
Key Responsibilities.
• Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Drive content marketing strategy including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and video content
• Manage social media presence and brand positioning across platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Own the marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI across channels
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
• Manage email marketing and marketing automation campaigns
• Oversee website performance, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers
• Present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of driving traffic, leads, and conversions through digital channels
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Experience in IT/software/web development industry marketing is a plus
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Google Ads / Google Analytics / HubSpot certifications
• Experience working with international clients/markets
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing strategies
• Prior experience in an agency or IT services company
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
