The role involves designing impactful visuals for healthcare campaigns, patient education, and digital marketing initiatives while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and sensitivity in all communications. Key Responsibilities:Design engaging creatives for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital ads Create patient education materials , infographics, and awareness campaign visuals Develop promotional content for hospital services, health packages, and events Collaborate with doctors and marketing teams to translate medical information into easy-to-understand visuals Ensure all designs comply with healthcare communication standards and ethical guidelines Maintain brand consistency across all platforms Design creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads Edit images and videos (basic motion graphics preferred) Optimize designs based on engagement and campaign performance Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field 1–4+ years of experience in digital design (healthcare experience preferred) Strong portfolio of digital and marketing creatives Technical Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus) Familiarity with social media marketing and paid advertising creatives Understanding of UI/UX principles Key Skills: Ability to simplify complex medical information into clear visuals Creativity with attention to accuracy and compliance Strong communication and collaboration skills Time management and ability to handle multiple campaigns Sensitivity toward patient-centric communication Preferred Qualifications:Experience in healthcare, hospital, or wellness industry Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare marketing ethics Experience with motion graphics or animation
