Job Description
• 1 - 2 years of experience of PPC ads, Social Media Marketing & Website management
• Must possess strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics & Google Ads
• Can interpret data to derive key insights and learnings and map actionable points
• Should possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skill
• Should be able to coordinate with Web Developer to make changes in the website
• Basic Knowledge of WordPress will be an added asset
• Familiarity with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with the performance marketing team to execute FB ad campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
· Track, monitor and optimize ad campaigns to achieve target ROAS.
· Analyze key performance metrics and optimize the funnel for conversions.
· Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
· Plan ad campaign structure to achieve maximum reach through paid campaigns
· Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with objectives across different channels and segments, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.
Qualifications
• Any Graduate with excellent communication skills
• Any diploma/course in Digital Marketing
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to work methodically and create reports
