Responsibilities:
Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive sales
Create engaging email content that resonates with our target audience
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine email messaging
Create email briefs for designers that are visually appealing and on-brand
Execute email campaigns using Leadsquared
Maintain clear and timely communication with team members and other departments
Monitor email campaign performance and analyze key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions)

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven 2+ years of experience in email marketing
Basic design skills and proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
Familiarity with Leadsquared
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
