Ai Homeshare is an innovative PropTech startup transforming how tenants, landlords, and letting agents connect. Our platform offers free property listings and a low-cost tenant referencing service, with plans to expand into licensing, property management, and financial services.
We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate Marketing Executive to build our database of agents and landlords, drive tenant engagement, and manage social media campaigns. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone eager to grow within a fast-moving startup.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Outreach
Build manage a database of landlords and letting agents via scraping, LinkedIn, email marketing, and networking.
Develop execute email and SMS campaigns to onboard agents and property professionals.
Set up and manage a CRM system (HubSpot or Pipedrive) to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Social Media Paid Advertising
Automate property listings onto Facebook Marketplace Instagram using API tools.
Run targeted Facebook Google Ads to attract landlords, agents, and tenants.
Monitor and optimize paid campaigns to maximize engagement and sign-ups.
- Content Engagement
Create compelling content (posts, email templates, video scripts) to increase brand awareness.
Manage automated WhatsApp chatbot integrations for lead nurturing.
Engage with potential users via LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and property forums.
- Data Analytics
Track key marketing KPIs (conversion rates, ad performance, email open rates).
Refine marketing strategies based on analytics A/B testing.
Recommend implement tools to improve efficiency and automation.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Essential Skills Qualifications:
Recent graduate (or up to 2 years’ experience) in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar).
Social media digital marketing experience (Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (copywriting experience a plus).
Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with data optimizing campaigns.
Self-motivated proactive – this is a startup, so we need someone who takes initiative!
✅ Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
Experience in real estate, property tech, or PropTech startups.
Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, ManyChat, Twilio, ChatGPT API, etc.).
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).
