Job Description
Responsibilities
As an employee of Agnik, the primary focus of the Digital Marketing Executive would be to monitor and grow the search traffic for its market leading connected car products using digital marketing techniques for search engines, social media, and ecommerce platforms. This position would require understanding the market, digital media platforms, creating media content, working with content creators, running campaigns, and measuring performance. The position does not require extensive travel.
Duties Include
• Develop website traffic plans, goals, and benchmarks for different countries. Develop creative online marketing campaigns and initiatives to boost the sales of our products.
• Conceive, develop, launch, measure and report on online advertising activities.
• Design media content and create content as necessary.
• Interact with content creating and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed).
• Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.
• Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results.
• Use social media like forums, blogs, networking applications, social bookmarking and message boards to promote our products.
• Create, implement and manage viral marketing strategies.
• Create and manage extensive email marketing campaigns.
• Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign's performance. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 – 3 years of related digital marketing job experience in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to communicate in fluent English. Effective communications skills and strong interpersonal skills, both orally and in written form. Must be able to write grammatically correct English for the consumption of native speakers.
• Deep familiarity with Social Media, Community Websites, Ecommerce Platforms, App Stores.
• Hands on experience managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns and SEO.
• Skills in content creation such as blog/social media writing or graphic design will be an added plus. Selected person must have an artistic mind needed for designing media content.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to details, ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office Suite, web pages, search engines, social media, and ecommerce platforms
