ROLE: DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
TYPE: PERMANENT
LOCATION: CELTIC PARK, GLASGOW
Celtic Football Club is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing Team.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will hold day-to-day responsibility for the official club website while collaborating closely on other key owned and operated digital channels, including the official club app. In this role, you will also support the planning and execution of high-impact, multi-channel digital campaigns that engage supporters and deliver commercial success.
This exciting opportunity requires a proactive, innovative digital professional who can blend creative ideas with platform management. The successful candidate will help drive the club's digital strategy to ensure our channels are connected, fully optimised and engaging; delivering the best possible user experience for our global fanbase.
Key Accountabilities
Oversee the Official Club Website to ensure it remains up-to-date, user-friendly and engaging.
Improve website functionality, content and user experience to align with club goals and supporter needs.
Collaborate with multiple departments across the club to support their web and digital marketing requirements, managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships effectively.
Contribute towards creative concepts for engaging content across all official club digital platforms.
Support the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns.
Work closely with our external partners to manage campaigns, budgets, targets and strategic objectives.
Monitor website and campaign performance to produce reports that support the optimisation of the club’s channels.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
Educated to degree level with 1-3 years of digital marketing experience.
Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Working knowledge of digital analytics, SEO, paid search, paid social principles and reporting tools.
Basic technical platform knowledge (HTML/CSS is a bonus).
Desirable:
Experience managing external marketing or paid media agencies.
An understanding of football and the unique commercial dynamics of a professional sports club environment.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and matchdays.
Valid UK driving licence preferred.
