Job Overview
• We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Professional with strong expertise in SEO, SMO, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, increasing website traffic, improving search rankings, and maximizing ROI through paid advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and technical SEO elements.
• Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance using industry tools.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
Performance Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Create high-converting landing pages and marketing funnels.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Create and manage lead generation, conversion, traffic, and remarketing campaigns.
• Set up audience targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audience segments.
Google Ads
• Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and bidding strategy optimization.
• Improve Quality Scores and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Track conversions using Google Analytics, GTM, and Google Ads.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs including leads, conversions, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPL.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Excellent knowledge of Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and marketing automation.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and content planning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.
Experience Required
• 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads and improving ROI through paid campaigns.

Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
