What You'll Do

You'll be the voice and face of 3Ding online — and we mean that genuinely. We're not looking for someone to just tick off a content checklist. We want someone who gets excited about what we're building, picks up the camera, and tells that story in their own way. You'll have the space to create freely, and we'll trust you to run with it.

Responsibilities

Conceptualise, shoot, and edit content for Instagram and YouTube
Create Reels, Shorts, time-lapses, product reveals, and behind-the-scenes clips
Write captions that actually make people stop and read
Keep a consistent posting schedule with a monthly content calendar
Engage with our community — reply to comments, respond to DMs, make people feel heard
Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
Track performance and share regular reports
Grow into other platforms as we scale together

What We're Looking For
*

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
Ability to independently shoot and edit videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or any tool you know)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Strong sense of what works on Instagram and YouTube right now
Fluent in English and Tamil
Based in Chennai
