Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India. The individual will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Positive Medicare’s products, franchise opportunities, and brand across online channels. Daily responsibilities include managing social media profiles, creating and optimizing web content, monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools, and coordinating with internal teams to align digital activities with marketing objectives. The role also involves identifying new digital opportunities, improving online visibility, and preparing regular reports on campaign performance and lead generation. Collaboration with sales and franchise teams to support their marketing needs and maintain consistent brand messaging is an important part of this position.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand promotion, and lead generation.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external agencies.
Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills for managing profiles, creating content, and engaging audiences across platforms.
Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to develop clear, persuasive, and SEO-friendly content for websites and digital campaigns.
Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, analyze user behavior, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic graphic design or creative tools is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, or in a similar digital marketing role, is an advantage.
