About us:

Making a meaningful difference with mission-critical software that empowers communities to thrive.

ReadyTech is more than just a one-trick pony playing in one market with one product, or one customer. We re-imagine, design, develop and deliver technology to solve our customer’s diverse problems – supporting multiple businesses across a variety of markets to be ready for anything.

We’re an ASX-listed company which means we are stable, have a strong track record of sustainable growth and have a significant number of long-term customers. So, what does this mean for you? It means we can offer you an experience that will push you to be your best, provide career-building challenges, and that will offer you numerous growth opportunities that can’t be found in any other company.

It’s an inclusive environment where there is no place for politics, where we get our heads together to solve the problems that really matter to our customers, and where we always stay focused on our north star – the communities we serve, and society at large.

The key accountabilities of the role:

Lead execution and optimisation of ReadyTech’s paid media campaigns – across acquisition
and growth initiatives.

Ensure paid media is targeted, sequenced and performing in alignment with campaign goals
and funnel stages.

Collaborate with campaign owners to build, deploy and iterate on email journeys that deliver
clear engagement outcomes.

Support a strong test-and-learn culture across both channels, driving continuous improvement
in targeting, content, and conversion.

Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure campaign tracking, data capture, and reporting
foundations are in place.

The key responsibilities of the role:

Set up and manage paid campaigns in platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and
Google Ads, including audience building, ad creation, budget management and

optimisation.

Translate campaign briefs into clear paid media strategies – selecting the right channels,
objectives and creative placements for success.

Monitor campaign performance in-flight and apply real-time adjustments to optimise results
and spend efficiency.

Collaborate with Campaign Marketing Leads to build and refine nurture sequences and
triggered email campaigns.

Optimise email execution for cut-through and conversion – including subject lines, layout, CTA
hierarchy, and mobile responsiveness.

Support segmentation, personalisation, and automation rule building in marketing automation
platforms.

Implement and maintain best-practice tracking via UTM parameters and platform
integrations.

Feed performance observations and learnings into campaign retros and planning discussions

The key requirements for the role:

Deep executional capability across paid digital channels – from setup to optimisation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and assets across channels.
Collaborative working style with an ability to partner closely with campaign owners to drive results.
Strong understanding of what drives email engagement and how to optimise for response.
Comfortable working with digital platforms, automation tools and performance data.
Solid grasp of paid media mechanics – including platform nuances, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Understanding of full-funnel marketing principles and the role of paid and email within B2B buyer journeys.
Familiarity with email deliverability, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
Awareness of how campaign performance connects to pipeline and growth goals.
3+ years’ experience in digital marketing with hands-on ownership of paid media and email marketing delivery.
Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environments with multi-channel campaigns and long buyer cycles.
Proven ability to execute, test and optimise digital activity to meet performance targets.
