Digital Marketing Director – Merchant Nova

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a lead-focused digital marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Oversee multi-channel lead generation campaigns, leveraging content marketing, paid media, email automation, and conversion optimization.
Manage and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to build a strong community and drive engagement.
Implement SEO, PPC, and paid social strategies to maximize website traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Lead content creation efforts across blogs, social media, video, and email campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to refine strategies for continuous lead and revenue growth.
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring marketing-generated leads convert to paying customers.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging digital tools, and best practices in demand generation and performance marketing.

Experienced in performance marketing, social media growth, and inbound lead generation.
Proficient in SEO, analytics, paid media, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
