Digital Marketing & Customer Support Specialist (Night Shift)
Job Description
This is a hybrid role that combines customer support, website management, and digital marketing assistance. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive timely support while also assisting the marketing team with website updates, campaign management, and basic advertising-related tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working night shifts, and possess a basic understanding of websites, eCommerce, and digital marketing.
This position is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience working with international businesses while developing skills across customer support, website operations, and digital marketing.
Customer Support
✅ Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and support platforms
✅ Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
✅ Handle order-related questions, product inquiries, and general support requests
✅ Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team members
✅ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication
✅ Track and document customer interactions and resolutions
Website Management
✅ Update website content, banners, products, and pages when required
✅ Monitor website functionality and report issues
✅ Assist with product uploads and content management
✅ Ensure website information remains accurate and up to date
✅ Maintain accurate records and reports
✅ Support day-to-day business operations as needed
Required Skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Skills
• Experience in customer support or customer service roles
• Basic knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or website management
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Familiarity with eCommerce businesses
• Experience using help desk platforms, live chat tools, or CRM systems
• Basic digital marketing knowledge

⚠️ Compensation for this role is ₹20,000- ₹25,000 per month.
