Role Overview
The Client Success & Digital Marketing Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative teams. This role is responsible for gathering client requirements, managing project workflows, coordinating with graphic designers and video editors, ensuring timely delivery of content, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client communications and maintain solid professional relationships • Gather, analyze, and document client requirements for social media, graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing projects • Develop detailed creative briefs and communicate requirements to designers, editors, and content teams • Coordinate the production of social media posts, reels, videos, advertisements, and marketing campaigns • Assign tasks, monitor project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables • Review content and creatives to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and management • Manage client feedback, revisions, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and content strategies • Ensure all deliverables align with client objectives and business goals • Maintain project documentation, reports, and workflow records
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong communication, client management, and stakeholder coordination skills • Experience in digital marketing, account management, project coordination, or client servicing preferred • Knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, graphic design, and video production workflows • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
