Responsibilities :
Social Media & Content
Curate and execute content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Elevate brand storytelling through visuals, captions, and campaigns
Monitor engagement and adapt content to resonate with a luxury audience
Brand Management
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity
Support brand positioning and strategic development
Product Management
Collaborate with product teams on packaging, design, and launch strategies
Align product features and aesthetics with brand values
Assist in go-to-market planning and consumer feedback integration
PR & Communications
Coordinate with PR agencies and media outlets for brand coverage
Draft press releases, media kits, and brand stories
Build relationships with influencers and industry partners
Event Planning & Participation
Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, and exhibitions
Represent the brand at trade shows, luxury fairs, and networking events
Manage event logistics, branding materials, and post-event engagement
Agency & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with creative, media, and packaging agencies to deliver premium brand experiences
Manage briefs, timelines, and feedback loops with external partners
Ensure all outputs reflect the brand’s elegance and strategic goals
Market Research & Insights
Conduct competitor and consumer research in the luxury segment
Identify trends in design, packaging, and consumer behaviour
Translate insights into brand strategies and product positioning
Packaging & Design Oversight
Collaborate with designers to create packaging that’s refined, functional, and visually stunning
Ensure packaging meets compliance and sustainability standards
Own the aesthetic and tactile experience of our product presentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
