Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bargarh. The specialist will identify and engage potential customers, present products or services, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Daily activities include building and maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service. The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, promoting offerings through various channels, and gathering market feedback to refine strategies. The specialist will also assist with training sessions for customers or team members on product features and best practices, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to achieve and exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver clear product explanations and support customer or team onboarding.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management skills to organize pipelines, prioritize opportunities, and report on performance.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Bargarh, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM software, office applications, and online communication platforms).
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
