Role Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing, Automation & Web Performance Manager who can lead complete digital operations for enterprise projects of InTime.

This role is a hybrid of:
• Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube)
• Website & Landing Page Management
• SEO, AEO, GEO
• Google Analytics & Tracking
• AI Tools & Vibe Coding
• WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook Automation & Bots
• Marketing automation (n8n, Zapier, Make)

This person will build automated marketing and lead-generation engines, not just run ads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Management & Landing Pages
• Manage and optimize websites (WordPress, Webflow, Lovable)
• Create high-converting landing pages
• Implement SEO technical fixes
• Set up heatmaps, tracking, and event triggers
• Coordinate with designers and developers

2. Performance Marketing (Meta + Google + YouTube)
• Build, optimize, and scale campaigns on:
• Facebook Ads
• Instagram Ads
• Google Search
• Google Display
• YouTube Ads
• A/B test creatives, hooks, targeting
• Optimize CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
• Build full funnels for lead-gen and growth

3. SEO + AEO + GEO

SEO
• Keyword research & mapping
• On-page & technical SEO
• Backlink management
• Page indexing & ranking improvement

AEO (AI Search Optimization)
• Optimize content for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity
• Structure pages for AI search visibility

GEO (Local Search Optimization)
• Google Business Profile management
• Local listing optimizations
• GEO-page building for multi-location ranking

4. Analytics & Reporting
• GA4 setup and optimization
• Google Tag Manager event tracking
• Weekly dashboards
• Campaign performance insights
• Funnel and attribution analysis

5. AI Tools + Vibe Coding + Automations (Mandatory)

This is one of the most important parts of the role.

AI Tools
• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
• Canva AI, CapCut AI
• MidJourney / Ideogram for creative generation

Vibe Coding / No-Code Tools
• n8n
• Zapier
• Make
• Notion automation
• Airtable workflows

Marketing Automation Responsibilities
• Build WhatsApp automation flows
• Build Instagram automation flows
• Build Facebook Messenger automation
• Set up chatbots for:
• Lead capture
• Facility booking
• Query handling
• Enrollment support (AI For Everyone, HIT)
• Automate lead syncing to CRM
• Auto-responses + follow-ups + reminders
• Integrate chatbots with landing pages, forms, APIs

6. Chatbot & WhatsApp Automation (Mandatory)

You must know:
• WhatsApp Cloud API
• Gupshup / Twilio / Landbot / WATI or equivalent tools
• Instagram DM automation tools (ManyChat or bot builder platforms)
• Facebook Messenger bots
• Auto replying, tagging, lead routing
• Trigger-based messaging flows
• WhatsApp broadcast segmentation
• AI chatbot setup for basic query responses
• Integration with Google Sheets, Notion, CRM

7. Content & Campaign Coordination
• Work with creative team for reels, shorts, banners
• Create hooks, captions, scripts using AI
• Plan monthly content calendars
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms

8. Project & Client Coordination
• Handle marketing delivery for HIT & Sports City
• Work with project managers, developers, and BI teams
• Prepare weekly status reports
• Engage with client stakeholders

Good-to-Have Skills
• Email marketing (Zoho, Mailchimp)
• Power BI or Data Studio
• Knowledge of local SEO for education/sports industries
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot)
• WhatsApp Flows (advanced)
