We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will work to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, social media(Linkedin), and email marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise results.
Content Creation Management:
• Create compelling blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Manage and update website content, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
Social Media Management:
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and running paid ad campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance metrics to enhance audience engagement.
Market Research Trends:
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance the brand’s digital presence.
Data Analysis Reporting:
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to evaluate campaign success and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG or export domain.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SEO, and social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and content writing skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
